Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with US/Philippine regulations
- Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals through mentorship and training
- Implement internal controls and process improvements for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and forecasting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP and US GAAP standards
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Proven track record of managing financial operations and teams
