Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
- Manage and develop the accounting team through mentorship, performance reviews, and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Implement and improve accounting systems, processes, and controls for operational efficiency
- Prepare management reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA license required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in team development
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting and documentation
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
