Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filings
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage cash flow and financial forecasting to support business operations and growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in managing and developing accounting teams
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
