Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with PAS, IFRS, and insurance/reinsurance regulatory requirements
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external stakeholders
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA certification mandatory
- 5+ years of accounting experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in reinsurance/insurance industry accounting practices
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams
