Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for restaurant entities.
- Analyze restaurant operational costs, including food cost, labor efficiency, and overhead expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, BIR filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with operations management to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Maintain internal controls and audit procedures to protect company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure all payroll-related taxes are handled accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of success within the restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry.
- Expertise in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or industry-specific POS-integrated accounting systems).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, accounting standards (PFRS), and government compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
