Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end revenue accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all revenue streams.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to maintain financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Perform comprehensive monthly revenue analysis, account reconciliations, and variance reporting to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize billing processes and resolve revenue-related discrepancies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes specifically related to revenue and deferred income.
- Ensure adherence to Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and company policies.
- Prepare detailed financial documentation for internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting or general ledger management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of revenue recognition standards and tax compliance in the Philippines.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing small-to-mid-sized finance teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
