Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in compliance with US GAAP.
- Manage the preparation and filing of US corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to manage annual audits and tax inquiries effectively.
- Maintain and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow forecasts for executive management.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline financial operations and improve reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management or senior role.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and US corporate tax requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex financial projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience in the data management, software, or technology sector is a distinct advantage.
