PT Hongsheng International is looking for a skilled Accounting Mandarin professional to join our dynamic finance team in Semarang Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for processing, maintaining, and managing company financial records with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. You will ensure that all financial data is strictly aligned with international accounting standards, while also serving as the key point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Your expertise will help streamline our financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting the company's strategic growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries and financial reporting.
- Handle all financial correspondence and documentation in Mandarin, acting as the liaison for international HQ.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial data on a daily basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh, PPN) and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and ensure data integrity.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (essential for communication and translation duties).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or financial administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and local financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
