We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Office Manager to oversee our administrative and financial operations in Jakarta. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations (Indonesia) and collaborating with our Singapore HQ, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of all office and financial processes. This role requires a proactive professional with expertise in accounting management, operational oversight, and cross-regional coordination. You will maintain financial records, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead administrative staff to optimize efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing local operational needs with global strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing office policies, managing vendor relationships, coordinating payroll systems, and preparing comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership. You will serve as the primary liaison between local operations and international headquarters, ensuring alignment on financial targets and operational standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all administrative functions including office management, procurement, and facilities maintenance
  • Manage financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and present financial reports to Head of Operations and Singapore HQ
  • Coordinate cross-border financial operations and operational updates
  • Supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient workflows and productivity
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational cost-effectiveness

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office management and accounting roles
  • Proven expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experience working with multinational companies preferred
