The Cool is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Officer to support our finance team in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with the preparation of reports that drive business decisions.
You will collaborate with the Accounting Manager to implement accounting policies, ensure compliance with Philippine financial legislation, and support internal and external audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and review accounting transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Support the Accounting Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
