Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare and file BIR tax returns (VAT, income tax, etc.)
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly/quarterly financial statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements
- Conduct internal audits and financial controls review
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in BIR tax filing
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Tax Code and GAAP
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
