Ambtel Corporation is seeking a dedicated Accounting Officer to join our dynamic finance team in Lipa City, Batangas. As an Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and collaborating with management to drive financial efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and general ledger reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local government regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good understanding of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
