Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the general ledger system, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure account balances are correct and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including verifying invoices, processing payments, and issuing receipts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor departmental expenses against the budget.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits and tax filings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with advanced formula knowledge.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cainta, Rizal.
