Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Process payroll inputs and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience as an Accounting Officer or Staff Accountant.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and auditing standards is an advantage.
