You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring all financial records are accurate, and maintaining strict compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure the accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Handle full BIR compliance, including tax filings, tax returns, and regulatory documentation.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and support the payroll processing.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Support the finance team with budget preparation and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- With proven experience in BIR compliance and tax filing processes.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills for reporting financial updates to management.
