Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial bookkeeping and ensure all entries are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to support operational requirements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations, local tax filings, and internal financial policies.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is an advantage but not required).
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Officer, Bookkeeper, or similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Philippine taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight financial deadlines.
