- Process check disbursements accurately and timely using the accounts payable module.
- Calculate and post accounting entries into the general ledger system.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections.
- Maintain and organize all accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of organization.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with BIR regulations is an advantage.
