Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record daily financial transactions and journal entries.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently and on time.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations and internal controls.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Organize and secure financial documentation and filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and local tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
