Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Process payroll calculations and ensure timely disbursement to employees.
- Monitor and control costs to assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Tax Compliance and BIR regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
