Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accounting principles and standards
- Process daily transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor budget variances
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax documents
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in numerical work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
