Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support tax compliance, including the preparation of monthly tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax) and annual corporate income tax.
- Monitor project costs and operational expenses to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Accounting Officer, Accounting Staff, or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry sector.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN, etc.) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to be stationed in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah.
