Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver accurate 3, 6, and 12-month financial statements.
- Manage and execute the full month-end closing process efficiently.
- Perform regular audits and reviews of accounting processes to ensure compliance and internal control.
- Maintain General Ledger accuracy and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation.
- Coordinate with departments to verify budget adherence and expense allocation.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend improvements to existing accounting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Solid understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for financial reporting.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
