Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation processes
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide financial insights
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation to support financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional license (e.g., CPA) is an advantage
