We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to handle specific accounting projects within our organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Handle specific accounting projects as assigned by senior management
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and prevent fraud
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional license (e.g., CPA) is an advantage
