Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and manage petty cash disbursements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and support.
- Monitor compliance with local tax regulations and ensure timely filing of government reports (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system with high levels of accuracy.
- Support the finance department in budget preparation and expense tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- High degree of integrity, professional ethics, and confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
