As the Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and leading the month-end close procedures. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Perform bank reconciliations and complete month-end closing procedures on time.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- CPA license is a strong plus.
