Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and accounts.
- Process and verify invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local tax regulations.
- Organize and secure financial documents and archives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
