Almajay Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Officer to join our team in Laguna. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our company, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting our daily business operations through meticulous record-keeping.
As our Accounting Officer, you will work closely with the finance team to manage accounting transactions, oversee compliance activities, and provide critical data to support management decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, government reporting requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and office expenditures to ensure adherence to company budget.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits to provide required documentation and support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
