Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure operational liquidity
- Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations and filing deadlines
- Prepare monthly financial statements and operational reports
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
- Conduct regular audits of financial records for accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in retail sector
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
