Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations, tax codes, and other financial reporting requirements
- Prepare and submit accurate financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings
- Monitor financial transactions and implement internal controls for audit readiness
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting with strong BIR compliance exposure
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of Philippine tax laws, regulatory requirements, and GAAP standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for financial reporting and stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
