Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and other financial records
- Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
