Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper allocation of expenses and revenue
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and information
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
