Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform timely bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets, for management review.
- Assist in the monthly and yearly closing processes, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline financial processes.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting principles (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial records, perform reconciliations, and prepare financial statements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
