Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow to support operational needs.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss reports.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax laws, including the timely filing of BIR requirements and other statutory obligations.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure all employee benefits and deductions are handled correctly.
- Coordinate with the operations department to audit fuel expenses, maintenance costs, and driver liquidations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and participate in internal and external audit processes.
- Maintain a highly organized digital and physical filing system for all financial records and contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a significant advantage.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within the logistics, trucking, or transportation industry.
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, BIR regulations, and local business taxation.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance staff.
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Residing in or willing to work in Manila City.
