MJP Construction & Development Corporation is inviting highly motivated individuals to apply for the position of Accounting Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring strict adherence to tax laws and regulatory requirements. You will support the finance department in preparing monthly financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling payroll processing. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the payroll preparation and disbursement process.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices are processed accurately.
- Perform monthly inventory count and cost accounting verification.
- Prepare required regulatory reports and financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Deep knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR rules, and accounting standards.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
