Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing and accurate recording.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company internal controls.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
