We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Officer to join the financial team at Smart Multi Finance. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for the end-to-day processing of financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare general ledger adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L).
- Manage fixed asset registers, including tracking, depreciation calculation, and disposal.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Prepare and submit necessary tax documents and monthly tax reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for all financial documents and records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and queries.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (D3/S1).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh, PPN, SPT).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
