Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L), and Cash Flow statements for various entities.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and BIR requirements for all financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and returns.
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor cash flow projections and manage petty cash accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine local tax laws, BIR regulations, and financial accounting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in Angeles City, Pampanga.
