Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinate external audit processes with KAP partners
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Analyze financial data to support business decision-making
- Implement and optimize ERP system workflows (SAP)
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years experience in Finance & Accounting
- Direct experience with Public Accounting Firms (KAP)
- Proven track record in external audit handling
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- SAP ERP system certification or hands-on experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
