Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of daily financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledger accounts, and subsidiary ledgers
- Prepare monthly financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Monitor and maintain financial records to support internal controls and external audits
- Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial data integrity
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis processes
- Support tax compliance and documentation requirements
- Implement continuous improvements in accounting procedures and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is preferred
