This position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₱30,000 to ₱35,000, with additional incentives for exceptional performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts and ensure all transactions are properly documented
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor budget variances
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
