Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial audits and tax filings.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies and local government regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized financial records and documentation.
- Support the finance manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
