Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including general ledger entries and reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with government tax requirements and statutory reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and audit trails for internal and external audits.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and auditing standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in Panglao, Bohol.
