Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and daily financial transactions.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and corporate accounting standards.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules, documentation, and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all financial records and documents.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and support budget preparation activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, and local tax compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a distinct advantage.
