Tanggung Jawab
- Record, process, and accurately report all financial transactions according to accounting standards and healthcare regulations
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial data integrity
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and issues
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Participate in internal audits and implement recommendations for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
