Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining updated ledgers.
- Prepare and process accurate invoices, vouchers, and payment requests.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and settlement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and local financial reporting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with high integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous accounting experience is an advantage.
