Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track company expenses to ensure alignment with approved departmental budgets.
- Conduct regular financial evaluations and prepare comprehensive variance analysis reports for management review.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify potential cost savings and budgetary risks.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Maintain systematic and organized records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and generate insightful variance reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity regarding financial data handling.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial reporting standards.
