Manila Running Company Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Officer / Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the company's financial health and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You will support the President's oversight of company operations by providing timely financial insights and ensuring strict compliance with local regulations. As our Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing monthly financial reports. You will also assist in budget preparation and ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date. If you have a strong background in accounting and a passion for numbers, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and examine financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the President.
- Process payroll and ensure tax filings are accurate and timely.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting or similar roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
