We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounting Officer / Clerk to support the financial operations of Ulu Artisan. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team in the vibrant location of Kuta Selatan, Bali.


In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our daily financial activities. You will be responsible for managing the daily cash flow, ensuring that all payments and receipts are accurately tracked and recorded. Your expertise will also be vital in performing precise bank reconciliations to ensure our accounts are perfectly balanced at all times.


Beyond daily transactions, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation of essential financial reports and ensuring the smooth execution of payroll processes. We prioritize accuracy and compliance; therefore, ensuring that all accounting operations adhere to relevant financial regulations and internal policies is a key part of this role. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily cash flow, including processing payments and tracking receipts efficiently.
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliation to ensure all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying employee data and calculations.
  • Ensure all accounting operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payments are made.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar clerical role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
  • Understanding of basic Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills for reporting to the finance manager.
