Tanggung Jawab

  • Ensure all accounting practices and financial transactions comply with Philippine accounting standards (PAS/PFRS), BIR regulations, and other relevant government mandates.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports, tax returns, and regulatory filings to relevant authorities.
  • Maintain meticulous financial records, ledgers, and documentation, ensuring audit-readiness at all times.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal control systems to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
  • Monitor changes in financial legislation and regulatory requirements, updating company policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during compliance reviews and financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Support the senior accounting team in various month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to other departments on compliance-related accounting matters.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in an accounting or financial compliance role, preferably within the real estate, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PAS/PFRS), tax laws (BIR), and other local financial regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex financial information clearly.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
